What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, email, partner's name, wedding date, venue, budget range, and any story or notes you choose to share. We also store the fact that you contacted us and the status of that conversation (new, replied, booked, archived).

How we use it

Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, plan and deliver photography or film services if we work together, and keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Inquiries are stored on encrypted servers. Confirmation and notification emails are sent through Resend, our email provider. Cloud storage is provided by our hosting partner.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@annadeckermedia.com and we'll take care of it within a reasonable time frame.

Cookies

This site uses only the strictly necessary cookies required to keep authenticated admin sessions active. It does not use marketing or analytics cookies.
